18" Carbon steel blade with plain edge. Polypropylene handle assembled with aluminum rivets.
Cutting and slicing products. Handle with care and keep out of reach of children. For better performance of the products, it is recommended they are dried very carefully before storing, even if they have been washed in the dishwasher.
